MARYLAND RURAL HEALTH CONFERENCE
Rural Health Reimagined: Bridging Gaps, Leveraging Innovation, and Creating Lasting Impact

The Maryland Rural Health Association invites you to submit an application to present at the 2026 Maryland Rural Health Conference, October 19, 2026. Please use the following form to submit your proposal. The deadline is Monday, June 15, 2026 by 11:59 pm (EDT).

By submitting an application you agree to the following MRHA policies:

All speakers must register for the conference after acceptance of the proposal.
Your presentation can be accepted as a type of presentation (length/format) other than that which you have indicated.
I understand that speakers are responsible for all travel-related conference expenses, hotel fees, and any costs related to their presentation.
I understand and declare that all speakers listed in this submission have been contacted and have consented to their listing as a presenter.
I understand that this is a live conference and if the proposal is accepted, the speaker(s) will appear in person to present at the conference.
I understand this submission requires a complete slate of speakers, including each speaker's contact information. If any speaker changes are made, MRHA should be notified via email for review and approval.
Any marketing materials prepared by MRHA will include the speaker names, bios, presentation titles, and session descriptions.
Presenters are requested to provide their presentation electronically to MRHA in advance of the conference and to bring their presentation on a flash drive as a backup.
Presentations will be posted on the MRHA Website after the conference.
Presenter's participation in the Annual Rural Health Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the Maryland Rural Health Association's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's image or voice in photographs and videos for educational and promotional purposes. Exceptions to this consent must be made in writing to info@mrha.org.
