This year's theme is: Rural Health Reimagined: Bridging Gaps, Leveraging Innovation, and Creating Lasting Impact. The session tracks for both events are: Transforming the Rural Health Workforce, Sustainable Access to Innovative Care, and Empowering Rural Marylanders to Eat for Health. These tracks align with the Maryland Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program Strategic Goals/ Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) priorities. The annual conference provides a packed, full day of general sessions, keynote presentations, valuable education through plenary and breakout sessions, a Legislative Panel, an awards luncheon, exhibits, and plenty of networking opportunities! This exciting event brings together rural health leaders from across the state for the annual conference to discuss pressing rural health issues, challenges, new emerging innovative solutions, and promote best practices. MRHA's mission is to educate and support the optimal health and wellness of rural communities and their residents. This annual conference will bring together rural health leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors to discuss the major health issues facing rural Maryland.

All advertisements without bleed or crop marks in color must be provided in JPEG or PNG format. PNG format preferred. The deadline for ads is September 1, 2026.
Printed Program - $600 (Exclusive): Sponsor our printed conference program and receive a color ad on our back cover and a half-page ad on the inside.
Conference Bag Insert - $150 (6 Opportunities): Insert a brochure, item, or flyer in each attendee's conference bag. Reserve space in the conference bag and provide the materials to the hotel prior to the event. Inserts must be pre-approved by MRHA. Upon approval, we will notify you with the shipping details, quantity needed, and deadline for receipt. Bag inserts must be received no later than Saturday, October 18th, at the hotel.
In-Kind Donations - If you would like to support Rural Health but are unable to commit at a Sponsor Level, you can make a tax-deductible donation. Donors will be acknowledged in the conference brochure. Or, there is the opportunity to provide a prize to be awarded during the conference and presented to the winning attendee.

MRHA‘s room block is open at the Hilton Baltimore BWI hotel. Discounted Room Block Rate: $159 + taxes per night (Rates subject to date and space availability.) Make your reservations today!
