The Area Health Education Center (AHEC) West and GGEAR are presenting this conference on Caring for the Older Adult.
In honor of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day 2023, this conference will address and detail the value of autonomy, and the right of the older adult to make decisions without the influence of others. Discussions will also include decision making capacity, supported decision making, assessment, legislation, and guardianship. Registration Deadline is Friday, June 9.
